Vitality Spa was opened in December 2010 by Lindsay Eisensmith and is the realization of Lindsay’s passion to provide a unique Spa Therapy setting in Historic Lyme Street on the Connecticut Shoreline.
Lindsay’s professionalism and vision have come together to expand her already successful venture,Better Health Massage & Bodywork and is a perfect complement to the Spa services that Lindsay and her team already provide to guests at the Bee & Thistle Innin Old Lyme. “I am passionate about what we are doing here at Vitality” says Eisensmith. “Bodywork is an essential investment in your health, just like exercise, adequate sleep, proper nutrition and plenty of water“.

BEE Yummy Facials: Revitalize and condition your skin with our aromatherapy facial treatment. Antioxidant-rich, paraben free and eco-friendly products from Yum Gourmet and Bee Yummy.
